Under its pastoral care role St. Brogan’s College staff has been briefed and up-dated on a number of important issues that relate to students/schools: Bullying, Preventing suicide, Drug abuse, Allegations/Suspicions of child abuse.
Our Code of Discipline is based on respect for people and property. Good discipline is a collective responsibility – both inside and outside the classroom and during extra-curricular activities away from the school campus, e.g. field trips, match trips, tours, etc.
Each member of staff has a duty of care to all students and acts in loco parentis.
Parents support and appreciate the efforts of staff in inculcating good behavioural standards. The establishment and maintenance of an orderly environment for their children’s schooling is very much appreciated
